D-C-Fix Windsor Reusable Tile Stencil – 60 x 60 cm

Add a regal update to a tired tiled wall or floor both indoors and in the garden with this Windsor stencil by D-C-Fix.

Containing one stencil in a pack, it’s versatile through and through and you can use it with any colour scheme you like, from muted tones to bright shades (or a combination of the two!).

With a classy cut-out pattern, the stencil is made from 190 micron ‘Mylar A’ flexible material, which can be re-used again and again if kept clean and flat, and is also fully recyclable.

Stunning results are easy so long as you remember to prepare the surface properly, don’t overload your roller or paint brush, and be sure to seal the paint once dry.

Application tips:
– Prepare the surface by removing any dirt and debris
– Apply your base coat which will be your background colour and leave to dry fully (usually 24 hours)
– Starting from the furthest point, tape the stencil or hold in place, use a small brush or foam roller, apply chosen paint over the stencil, dabbing or rolling small amounts to avoid bleeding (test an area first)
– Any bleeding can be touched up using a fine paint brush afterwards (leave to dry thoroughly)
– It’s crucial to seal the surface once finished to protect all your hard work

For indoor flooring apply a couple of coats of good quality clear water based polyurethane varnish. for outdoor patios and paths, use patio and paving seal for protection. Leave to dry between coats and follow the manufacturers instructions for best results.

The stencil can be cleaned with a non abrasive household cleaner and water to remove water based paint, careful not to damage the design.
