Design inspired by Italy it’s like the little black dress. It will never not be beautiful. So here’s the Rieti.

The Swoon Studio conceptualised this design after visiting the town of Rieti in Lazio, Italy (hence the name). There, they found a sofa with one seat and two back cushions – marking your seating territory without preventing cosy lean-ins. And this sofa marries both lazy lounging AND supportive structure, with loose fibre in its back cushions for a total sink-in sesh but foam-filled seats to keep you bouncy.

Our favourite part, though? The diagonal steps up from arm to back of arm, back of arm to cushion – a gorgeous detail, not to be overlooked. It’s kind of like Tetris for your downtime pleasure.
